1. In the flat there are no leaks at all, it was quite clean, water and electricity running.
2. Old fire place is not dismantled is still there.
3. according to the head nurse yes the hospital uses the flat for cooking, including John and Cristina, and other patients too and staff too. They cook whenever they have the possibility, got money to get food.
4. The kitchen is still there but not for cooking. They receive there the food from the catering company and they are putting into plates and than distribute it for the dining room. Also here, they are washing the dishes, plates after used for the meals.
5. The food is delivered 3 times per day morning, noon and dinner. It is delivered by the catering company, with their vehicle, right at the kitchen, from there the food is received by the kitchen staff, put into plates and distributed. From Monday till Saturday this goes the same. On Sunday they deliver 2 times only: in the morning and also in the noon. But in the noon they deliver cold food for the dinner, what is going to be given out by the staff for dinner. This is the only cold meal in the week.
6. They deliver hot meals, and hot soups, so there is no need for reheating the food. Sometimes they even come very hot.
7. Tools are available for the summer team. The carpenter has been already in holiday, and anyway when the team shall be here he will be there too, so there will be full access to the carpenter workshop. The mixer is down in the boiler room, scaffolding will also be available.
8. I saw the site at the back of the hospital and everything is there as we left in April, also the metal bits are all there, nothing missing.

15. They are happy for the new washing machine as it runs smoothly and so well.
16. John the patient finished the decorating downstairs, now he does a room across the street, and then they will repair some steps to the hospital.
17. I was also at the school, met Garofita, and surprised to see the whole building repainted by the mayor's office last week, in yellow. The walls were repaired and painted, but the concrete out is still there.
18. Learned that Garofita's husband is well again, and is back on the lorry.
19. been in Codlea at the shop but did not met the owner there. I have received his mobile number and will call him.
20. Been also at Hornbach shop to see and check available materials (wood and zinc coated panel) we need for the drying area, sizes and prices.
