The old stable demolished

The summer is here. weather is quite hot today. Hope it stays like this, as we had plenty of rain till now. I was at the hospital, the head nurse was off today, but she will be back from Monday. Some male employees were in holiday, so the work has slowed a bit, but from next week when the head nurse will be here most of the men will be there as well and hope to go on faster.

The old stable has been demolished. The new construction there has not been started yet.

At our building they have made a concrete surrounding at the top of bricks. And the carpenter will continue from there.

They gathered a lot of wood for the kitchen. Perhaps they would need a shed for it in the future.

Begining of June in Vulcan

Had a day visit in Mina 1 Mai. Briefly visited the school, and later the hospital around and finally the dental surgery. At the school, glad to inform they have the same director as last year, and I remember her very helpful and grateful. So if we need accommmodation there is no problem at all. At the hospital, the head nurse is in holiday somewhere abroad. The workers continued the work at our building, erecting the walls for corridor, but also in the meantime they started to demolish the old stable. They do it carefully as they want to keep as much as possible of the existing materials, as they finally want to build a small wood shed, for keeping the wood for winter. This is needed for the kitchen stove.

They plan to finish the new sewing room at the end of June. Also, this week, they plan to finish the demolishing of stable so the company could start there the work next week.

At the dental surgery examined carefully the dental cart. Yes is an old one, but it is as I expected to be: if you really want to work with it, you can. There was nothing wrong with it. First had to wait till the pressurized cylinder is full than, checked the connections to the cart, and all were OK. The only thing I think needs to know that at each drill there is an off and on position. And the off usually is the red one. The drills are now actually on when they are on the red and off when are ont he black side. But both drills were working and also the water and air inlet as well.

Of course it would be god to have a better one like a newer one, but so far I can tell you that the one in the surgery works. I checked it twice today.
