The second letter
The second letter has been delivered today by myself to Dr. Grigoriu's office. I emphasised that we need reply for the first one in order to continue funding the work for the hospital renovation. Also mentioned that it is our sincere hope that the work will not be delayed.
The secretary informed me that the director was out of office in the past 4 days, and he will reply.
